Who are we?
We are a tourist apartment management agency based in Kranjska Gora. We manage apartments through platforms such as Booking, Airbnb, etc., and provide a comprehensive service. We take care of guests before their arrival, during their stay, and after their departure by thanking them and checking their satisfaction. Our goal is to create a carefree and enjoyable experience for both hosts and guests.
Who are we looking for?
Due to the increased workload, we are looking for a proactive person to help with field work (in Kranjska Gora) and from home (office work). The work will mostly take place on weekends and in the afternoons.
Your tasks will be:

communication with guests via messages,
-
taking over the telephone on-call service,
-
preparing offers for guests' inquiries,
-
periodic inspections of apartments and delivery of consumables,
-
interventions for special needs of guests,
-
marketing assistance and other tasks by arrangement.
What do we expect?

excellent knowledge of Slovenian and English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage),
-
excellent communication skills, friendliness and a sense of hospitality,
-
Excellent knowledge of working with computers and mobile devices.
